Blogs, webinars and podcasts are great ways of sharing information, and enable me to interact with people all over the world.  I love the interaction, collaboration, and speed of deployment made possible online.  It’s great to be able to download pictures and share files anywhere, anytime.

But I don’t believe that the web will ever be a suitable replacement for a one-to-one professional consultation. Sometimes high tech can’t beat high touch.  That’s why my team and I are meeting with people at selected Nordstrom stores over the next several months.  So that we can hear from you, and so that you can listen to us.  After all, that’s why I got into this profession.
