A highly experienced cosmetic industry and pharmaceutical executive, Mr. Headley has held executive positions at the Estee Lauder Companies and Warner Cosmetics (now Ralph Lauren Fragrance Division of L’Oreal, USA). He was the president and CEO of World Wide Products, which produced the original Obagi Nu-Derm® System. Mr. Headley has also consulted for top corporations, including Proctor & Gamble, SkinMedica Inc., and Milbar Laboratories.
- Donald Peterson, CFO
Mr. Peterson is a seasoned CPA with more than 30 years of successful financial management experience. He has held leadership positions throughout his career, including that of controller, chief financial officer, and financial consultant.
- Angelia Inscoe, Vice President of Sales
Ms. Inscoe has extensive new product launch experience and has held a variety of senior level sales management positions with Triax Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Pierre Fabre – Genesis Pharmaceuticals and Obagi Medical Products, Inc.
- Deborah Tomes, Vice President of Domestic and International Marketing
Ms. Tomes has more than 20 years of prestige cosmetic and skin care experience with leading global brands, including Estee Lauder and ck Calvin Klein beauty.
- Chris Kraneiss, Vice President of International Affairs
Mr. Kraneiss brings a wealth of global medical marketing and sales experience launching new products with emerging corporations in the aesthetic market. He has held a wide range of commercial positions including marketing management, operations, and sales management.
